HPLC column packing system GLK1000/2000 is high-effective packing equipment for liquid chromatographic columns (analysis, semi-prep, prep columns).

GLK 1000은 실험실에서 일반적으로 흔히 사용하는 분석용 컬럼 팩킹용으로 Silica Gel과 polymer packings 에 적합합니다.

GLK 2000은 분석용 컬럼과 분취용 컬럼 팩킹에 적합합니다. 특히 GLK2000 packing system은 내경이 10mm 이상인 컬럼 팩킹에 적합합니다.

Homogenizer for HPLC Column Packing System

The homogenizer tube places on a removable chassis.

The homogenizer tube fixed in the fixing ring can rotate 360° in a plane perpendicular to the rotation axis.

Only one operator is needed in the whole operation.

The chassis is equipped with four wheels and can be placed in a corner when not required.

The homogenate tank is customized according to your needs to save the solvent and packing materials.

HPLC 컬럼 팩킹 순서:
1.Connect the air compressor and the packing system. Ensure the stability of the packing system.
2.Dissolve the resin with isopropanol (or the solvent of isopropanol and acetonitrile). Then use ultrasonic to disperse.
3.Quickly pour the mixture into the slurry tank.
4.Connect the homogenizer and column to the pump. Use methanol as the mobile phase; start the packing system.
5.After the column packing process, decompress slowly.
6.Remove the column from the connection. Check the head if it is leveling.
7.Test the HPLC column efficiency.
